Would you like that cooked or fresh outta the water?

I am on my diet ya know....and well I am trying to expand my taste buds and open up my pallet if you will and let me tell you...so far, it sucks.

I am a super picky eater but I am trying to be a healthier person so tonight while people all around me ate wings.....my favorite....I decided to order the salmon. I thought Applebee's would have it made all good...and, well they didn't.

It totally sucked and when I took the first bite I was totally sickened, but since food ain't cheap I had to eat it and literally almost couldn't finish because it tasted like the fish was just caught out of the water and thrown on my plate. To sit here and write this thinking about it makes me nauseous. I think i will be sticking to my Turkey burgers/bacon, and chicken for a while before I venture out to any more new foods.

No...But really...

Jello to Hello Check In

It has been a little bit since I filled you all in with my weight loss. I am still taking my V3 as well as eating healthy and exercising. I can tell you this....I FEEL MUCH better. My numbers are not dropping as quickly as I would like but my inches are. I feel a difference in lots of my clothes. I will NOT stop. I am determined to get where I want to be. I have been eating lots of fruits and veggies and drinking nothing but water.

I LOVE Social Media because it allows me to keep motivated by reading other blogs as well as Instagram. Whenever I feel like giving up I head over to Joni or Erica's blog and get myself back in check. Losing weight is NOT easy. If it was we would not have so many people who struggle with their weight. I am not a huge believer on saying that you have to be skinny to be beautiful but I know that if I am not happy with myself, no matter what size I am, I have to do something about it....and that is what I am doing. I hope you all will encourage me and follow me through my weight loss journey. :-)

52 Weeks of Rick: Wk 3

So today I am going to totally rant about my husband...

I have told you all before how Rick recently lost 130 pounds which is TOTALLY AWESOME. I am beyond proud of him BUT ever since he has lost this weight it is like he is some kind of know it all and drill coach about weight loss... It is  VERY annoying. I have lost 75 pounds before...The year before I got pregnant with Gabriel so I know a little about this process...

Anywho, last night I was running on the treadmill because I am determined to drop this weight by my birthday (April 1), and while I was running I was literally about to die because I was pushing myself harder than ever. I wanted to beat my time from earlier of running a mile in 13.38. I ran so hard and was able to beat my time by 14 seconds. HUGE. DEAL. FOR. ME. I practically slid off the treadmill because I was exhausted and I said I DID IT! I DID IT! He said Great Job! I smiled and sat on the couch. He said, HEY! Don't sit on the couch all sweaty. I said RICK HUSH! I am about to faint just let me chill for a minute (Mind you I am the one that cleans this place). He said OMG, You act like you just did something huge but you held on to the bars alot and put alot of weight on that....I said ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! AHH!!

I was furious. He was laughing because I got mad, and don't think he is a totally a-hole because he isn't but like I said, this exercise and weight thing he feels like he is top dog and it really hurt my feelings last night. He thought I was joking...Um No.

I love my husband so much and he is awesome BUT alot of times we joke with each other but this joking is not something I want to continue. It is bringing me down with my workouts and confidence. BOO!

You can't write a sweet, sappy post every week right? I am going to be straight up doing my 52 Weeks Of Rick so there you go...That's my thoughts on this week. Happy Thursday :-) And LOVE YOU HONEY!

52 Weeks Of Rick: Week 2

This week since I started actually exercising again we have been running every single night on the treadmill (my mom let us borrow hers until we can afford one). The treadmill and I have a love/hate relationship but thankfully Rick has been there to support me all week. I know you don't lose all that fat overnight but I have gotten super frustrated this week about not noticing a change and he has pushed me to continue on. I am thankful for that. We have set up a routine that after supper every night, we have family time for a while, then I run, then Rick runs. This is the first time I have actually been able to watch him run because he was going after work and I was home with the kids. It is such a joy to see how far he has come. He runs SO fast, like it's nothing. I asked him how did he build up to that point? He said you just push yourself and then it will come easy...Well guess what? I have been pushing myself and it is super hard. HaHa. I can't wait to see results like he has done.

I am super proud of him.

The Polyvore Files

I told you guys the other day how I was in a terrible slump, so I decided I need to really do something about that. I have got to lose this extra forty pounds that's holding me back. I am taking the V3 which I love by the way, but I also I want to work out so I was looking to purchase a used treadmill. I haven't really found many nice ones on craigslist so my mom told me we could borrow hers until we got one and for that I am SO thankful. I went and got it today after my Panthers lost and immediately came home and ran a mile. I say that like I do it often but I haven't actually RAN a mile in years....I am super proud of myself and I know this is the start of something good.
WORKOUT

I hope you will all follow along with me as I go about my weight loss journey. I will be sure to post pics as much as I can but to get a better idea of what's going on I would recommend following me on Instagram and Facebook

Jello to Hello---Week 5

Last week was Thanksgiving so I didn't do my weight loss post but I have continued with my V3+ and felt amazing. I didn't eat nearly as much as I normally do and have had tons of energy. This week my measurements are:

I want to share another V3+ story about one of my closest friends. I like sharing these stories of REAL people that I actually know. These pills REALLY work. It is amazing how much they help your appetite and overall whole mood. Leslie had a baby in April and in June she was 214 pounds. She wanted to start the V3+ to help her lose the baby weight plus a little more.

Although still gorgeous she was not happy with herself so from June until now she lost a total of 82 pounds! 82 POUNDS! How amazing right??

Leslie is still taking her v3+ every day and feeling great! I cant wait for my results to be like Leslie and Rick. If you want to try V3+ contact the wonderful Tina Phan and she will get you set up!

This is a review. I was given the V3+ to take and write about but all thoughts and opinions are my own. See Disclosure

Jello to Hello----Week 3

I am going to be totally honest with you guys, I was BEYOND DREADING my weigh in this week. I did not eat super well and I just felt "fat". Ya know what I mean? Like, sometimes you feel like Oh yea, I can totally tell I have lost some weight, No. I did not feel like that. I was still taking my V3+ and I felt A.M.A.Z.I.N.G as far as mood and energy goes but I was craving sweets here and there...perhaps because a special friend is always visiting me(ladies you know what I mean). Anyway, I asked Rick to measure me and I looked at the ceiling not wanting to see the numbers....but guess what?? I had lost 7.5 more inches this week. To me, that is just unreal. I am super excited and ready to get back on track with my clean eating. It is shocking to me that although I didn't eat great I still lost 2 pounds and inches. The V3 is like magic in my honest opinion. I want to share Rick's before and after photos. I had been meaning to show you but kept forgetting to add it into my post.

YOU. WILL. BE. AMAZED.

My husband was 300 pounds in March...the largest he had ever been and was totally unhappy. I had heard around town about the V3 so I figured it would not hurt him to try it because I wanted him healthy and happy. We went and got it and by July he had lost over 100 pounds....How crazy right??

BEFORE

AFTER

UNREAL right?? I am telling you, this really works, and with the help of V3 plus my husband's increase energy from it he became a workout machine. Super proud of this guy.

Here is my measurements this week:

I am happy about these numbers and that puts me at a total of 17 inches lost in 2 weeks! YAY!!!!

Ask me about this. I love sharing my husband's story and I can tell you in my own life it has worked great miracles. If you would like to get a sample or order you your own bottle, contact the lovely Tina.

Jello to Hello------Week 1

This post is going to be very personal and hard for me to write but I think if I put it out there it will make me feel like I must follow through. I have GAINED 20 pounds since I had Gabriel. Yes I am bigger now then when I was 9 months pregnant. I am not happy with myself AT.ALL.

I breastfed for 6 months and I could basically eat whatever I wanted and wouldn't really gain any. Breastfeeding also made me hungry all the time. When I stopped, the appetite was still there and I started packing the pounds on hard. Before I got pregnant with Gabriel I had went on a serious diet change and I lost a total of  75 pounds. I am here to tell you I had never felt better. I had allowed myself to get all the way to 200 pounds and I was able to lose all that simply by cutting out soda and changing my eating habits. I felt so good and I want to feel that way again.

Rick hit his peak in March and had gotten up to 300 pounds. We were worried about his health so he started V3, an AMAZING diet pill that curves your appetite, mood, and metabolism. Read about it Here. We were very skeptical about a "diet pill" because we really don't do things like that but Rick was determined to lose this weight and we had heard so many wonderful things about the V3, not to mention it is all natural, so there was no reason not to give it a shot. I am happy to tell you that Rick is now 170 pounds, he hasn't taken V3 in a few months but we know that had everything to do with his extreme weight loss.

I talked to my good friend Tina Phan who is a big dog in the V3 world and she told me she would give me a months supply to help me start my journey of knocking these 40 pounds out. I am going to document each week where I am at and so far I have taken the V3 for 2 days and let me tell you, I feel amazing. I have more energy, I am not hungry every hour, and my mood seems much more happy! I am loving this tiny pill!

Last night, I asked Rick to measure me so I could know exactly where I am at this point. I hit a huge low when I realized my waist is bigger than Rick's. AH. What a letdown. If that isn't motivation to kick this weight off I don't know what is.

Here is where I am as of now, I will measure again next week and post new numbers. Fingers crossed they are smaller, but with determination and this V3 I know I can do it!

If you would love to try V3 click on my link above. Food (I believe) is the biggest addiction there is and if you are ready to change that and get your life in order and feel better about yourself contact Tina Here.

This is an unpaid promotion for V3. I was given a bottle of V3 for one month to document my experience. All opinions expressed are my own and not influenced in any way.
