HAPPY HALLOWEEN

It's Halloween guys! It sure crept on me this year, but anywho...here it is.

If you know me, then you are fully aware Halloween is NOT my favorite. The older I get the less I like being scared. I do not like gory or really scary movies. I will not watch them anymore. When I was a kid, in middle and high school, I would watch them all, but now. I just can't do it. They make my chest hurt and I get anxiety. Yes. I know. I am crazy, but whatever. I already knew that.

I am going to share with you my favorite movies I do like to watch on Halloween, obviously they are kid friendly so maybe you have watched them with your kiddos already :-)

1. Hocus Pocus:

This is a must watch at my house. Me and Gracie have already seen it at least fifteen times this week.

2. Casper:

I used to watch this movie ALL the time, halloween or not because I loved Christina Ricci. And of course at the end when Casper turned into Devon Sawa. Surprisingly I wasn't able to find it on this year. I really wanted Gracie to watch it. I think my mom still has it on VHS from when I was a kid so I am going to try and get it tonight.

3. Little Monsters

Yeah. This movie was awesome. If you haven't seen it, you must watch it with your littles.

4.Are you Afraid of the Dark?

Ok. So I know this is not a movie but let me tell you, my mom and me watched this FAITHFULLY every Saturday night when it used to come on. Such an awesome series, but as usual they take the good stuff off TV. I may look into getting this for Gracie next year though, I think she would like it.

5. The Craft

 Well, this is not a children's movie. My one movie that I do watch thats actually rated R. I used to watch this all the time with my mom when I was younger too. I mean like 9, 10 years old, maybe younger. I can't remember. In fact, we were joking about it the other day because I asked her if Hocus Pocus was to much for Gracie and she said Nah. Then I thought about it and I watched this pretty young and this is NOT for children. ha! Great Movie though.

6. Tower of Terror

I LOVE THIS MOVIE. Like really love it. I haven't seen it in years but it became a favorite since the first time I saw it. I must find this for the kids. Of course Gabriel won't understand but Gracie will like it. Awesome movie.

7. Monster's University 

We loved Monster's Inc. and of course since Monster's University came out this week we had to get it. WE all really loved it. In fact, I think it's just as good if not better than the original. I am sure your kiddos love this one as much as we do.

8. Halloweentown

I have been watching this for years. I watch this every. single. halloween. This is another one Gracie and I have already seen about thirty times this month. I still love it though.

9. Twitches

I love these sisters. I think they are amazing and always tasteful. I used to watch Sister, Sister everyday, so naturally when this movie came out I had to watch and we really like it. Super cute. Gracie loves them.

OH! Let me give you a laugh. I love Ellen, and this clip is HILARIOUS!!!! This is me ALL THE WAY in a haunted house. Must watch.
